لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ
lā yasbiqūnahu bil-qawli wahum bi-amrihi yaʿmalūna
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
