26:152
ٱلَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
alladhīna yuf'sidūna fī l-arḍi walā yuṣ'liḥūna
Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend."
