فِى مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍۭ
fī maqʿadi ṣid'qin ʿinda malīkin muq'tadirin
In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability.
