قُلْ إِنَّ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ وَٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ
qul inna l-awalīna wal-ākhirīna
Say, [O Muḥammad], "Indeed, the former and later peoples

Say [Prophet], ‘The earliest and latest generations
