ءَأَنتُمْ تَخْلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْخَـٰلِقُونَ
a-antum takhluqūnahu am naḥnu l-khāliqūna
Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator?
