70:17
تَدْعُوا۟ مَنْ أَدْبَرَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
tadʿū man adbara watawallā
It invites he who turned his back [on truth] and went away [from obedience]

and it will claim everyone who rejects the truth, turns away,
