Surah 'Abasa (عبس) • He Frowned

Quran 80:23

80:23

كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقْضِ مَآ أَمَرَهُۥ

kallā lammā yaqḍi mā amarahu

Yet man does not fulfil God’s commands.

Nay, but (man) has not done what He commanded him.
