ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكْتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ
alladhīna idhā ik'tālū ʿalā l-nāsi yastawfūna
Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full.
