الٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
alif-lam-ra til'ka āyātu l-kitābi l-ḥakīmi
Alif, Lām, Rā. These are the verses of the wise Book.
