107:3
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
walā yaḥuḍḍu ʿalā ṭaʿāmi l-mis'kīni
And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.

and does not urge others to feed the needy.
