وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضِيقُ صَدْرُكَ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ
walaqad naʿlamu annaka yaḍīqu ṣadruka bimā yaqūlūna
And We already know that your breast is constrained by what they say.
