إِذْ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أُمِّكَ مَا يُوحَىٰٓ
idh awḥaynā ilā ummika mā yūḥā
When We inspired to your mother what We inspired,

We inspired your mother, saying,
