26:198
وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَـٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ ٱلْأَعْجَمِينَ
walaw nazzalnāhu ʿalā baʿḍi l-aʿjamīna
And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners
— Saheeh International
If We had sent it down to someone who was not an Arab,
— M. A. S. Abdel Haleem
And if We had revealed it (this Qur’ân) unto any of the non-Arabs,
— Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
