تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
til'ka āyātu l-kitābi l-ḥakīmi
These are the verses of the wise Scripture,
These are Verses of the Wise Book (the Qur’ân).
