31:2
تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
til'ka āyātu l-kitābi l-ḥakīmi
These are verses of the wise Book,
— Saheeh International
These are the verses of the wise Scripture,
