Quran 56:83

56:83

فَلَوْلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلْحُلْقُومَ

falawlā idhā balaghati l-ḥul'qūma

Then why, when it [i.e., the soul at death] reaches the throat

When the soul of a dying man comes up to his throat
