69:40
إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ
innahu laqawlu rasūlin karīmin
[That] indeed, it [i.e., the Qur’ān] is the word of a noble Messenger.

this [Quran] is the speech of an honoured messenger,
