أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَـٰكِمِينَ

alaysa l-lahu bi-aḥkami l-ḥākimīna

Is God not the most decisive of judges?

Is not Allâh the Best of judges?
