الكوثر
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
إِنَّآ أَعْطَيْنَـٰكَ ٱلْكَوْثَرَ
فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَٱنْحَرْ
إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلْأَبْتَرُ
Al-Kawthar, the shortest surah of the Quran, was revealed when enemies taunted the Prophet ﷺ as 'cut off' after the death of his sons. Allah answered: We have granted you al-Kawthar — abundant good, including a river in Paradise — so pray to your Lord and sacrifice; it is your enemy who is cut off.
Al-Kawthar (الكوثر) means "The Abundance" in English. It is chapter 108 of the Holy Quran.
