النصر
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
إِذَا جَآءَ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْفَتْحُ
وَرَأَيْتَ ٱلنَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِى دِينِ ٱللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا
فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَٱسْتَغْفِرْهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ تَوَّابًۢا
An-Nasr, among the last surahs revealed, announces the victory of Allah and the conquest of Makkah, with people entering the religion of Allah in multitudes. Its command — exalt your Lord's praise and seek His forgiveness — was understood by the companions as a gentle signal that the Prophet's ﷺ mission, and life, were nearing completion.
An-Nasr (النصر) means "The Divine Support" in English. It is chapter 110 of the Holy Quran.
