15:4
وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَّعْلُومٌ
wamā ahlaknā min qaryatin illā walahā kitābun maʿlūmun
And We did not destroy any city but that for it was a known decree.
