قَالُوا۟ وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا لَهَا عَـٰبِدِينَ

qālū wajadnā ābāanā lahā ʿābidīna

They replied, ‘We found our fathers worshipping them.’

They said: "We found our fathers worshipping them."
