أَصْطَفَى ٱلْبَنَاتِ عَلَى ٱلْبَنِينَ
aṣṭafā l-banāti ʿalā l-banīna
Did He truly choose daughters in preference to sons?
Has He (then) chosen daughters rather than sons?
