38:14
إِن كُلٌّ إِلَّا كَذَّبَ ٱلرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ عِقَابِ
in kullun illā kadhaba l-rusula faḥaqqa ʿiqābi
Each of them denied the messengers, so My penalty was justified.
