51:4
فَٱلْمُقَسِّمَـٰتِ أَمْرًا
fal-muqasimāti amran
that distribute [rain] as ordained!
And those (angels) who distribute (provisions, rain, and other blessings) by (Allâh’s) Command.
Surah Adh-Dhariyat (الذاريات) • The Winnowing Winds
