67:14
أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ ٱللَّطِيفُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ
alā yaʿlamu man khalaqa wahuwa l-laṭīfu l-khabīru
Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Aware?
