Surah Al-Insan (الانسان) • The Man

Quran 76:11

76:11

فَوَقَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ وَلَقَّىٰهُمْ نَضْرَةً وَسُرُورًا

fawaqāhumu l-lahu sharra dhālika l-yawmi walaqqāhum naḍratan wasurūran

So God will save them from the woes of that Day, give them radiance and gladness,

So Allâh saved them from the evil of that Day, and gave them Nadrah (a light of beauty) and joy.

فَوَقَىٰهُمُfawaqāhumuBut will protect them

ٱللَّهُl-lahuAllah

شَرَّsharra(from the) evil

ذَٰلِكَdhālika(of) that

ٱلْيَوْمِl-yawmiDay

وَلَقَّىٰهُمْwalaqqāhumand will cause them to meet

نَضْرَةًۭnaḍratanradiance

وَسُرُورًۭاwasurūran

and happiness
