Is Ummatey really free to start?
Yes! Our Free plan includes everything you need to get started with up to 25 members and 3 classes. No credit card required.
How do paid classes and memberships work?
With a paid subscription, you can charge for classes and memberships. You set your own prices, and Ummatey takes a small 1% platform fee on each transaction (plus Stripe processing fees). The rest goes directly to your mosque.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades occur at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes! We offer special pricing for registered non-profit Islamic organizations. Contact us at support@ummatey.com for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll be moved to the Free plan where you can still access your data but with reduced limits.
