If you register a mosque or halal business, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that all information provided is accurate. False listings may be removed without notice.

The Quran text displayed on our Service is provided for educational and spiritual purposes. We strive for accuracy but recommend verifying with authentic printed copies for scholarly work. Translations are interpretations and may vary between scholars. The Arabic text of the Quran is the authoritative source.

7. Payments and Donations

7.1 Donations

Donations made through our platform to mosques are processed by Stripe. We facilitate these transactions but the donation relationship is between you and the receiving organization. Please review each organization's policies before donating.

7.2 Refunds

7.3 Premium Features

Some features may require payment. Pricing and terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content and Quran text), is owned by Ummatey and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. The Quran text is in the public domain and belongs to all of humanity.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
