وَٱلضُّحَىٰ

الضحى
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
وَٱلضُّحَىٰ
وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ
مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ
وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ
وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ
أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًا فَـَٔاوَىٰ
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلًّا فَهَدَىٰ
وَوَجَدَكَ عَآئِلًا فَأَغْنَىٰ
فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ
وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ
وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ
Ad-Duhaa descended as consolation when revelation paused and enemies mocked: 'Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor does He hate you.' It recalls His care — did He not find you an orphan and shelter you? — and answers it with duty: do not oppress the orphan, do not repel the beggar, and proclaim the favor of your Lord.
Ad-Duhaa (الضحى) means "The Morning Brightness" in English. It is chapter 93 of the Holy Quran.
Surah Ad-Duhaa has 11 verses (ayat). It appears on pages 596 to 596 of the mushaf.
Surah Ad-Duhaa is a Madani surah, revealed in Madinah after the Prophet's ﷺ migration.
